Whenever I click Mac OS X to under "Which platform are you running." I takes me to the "Sign up for new account page." I just want to download the game, and I already have an account.
It seems to work perfectly fine for the other platforms, but it just refuses to let me download.

There have been a few reports of similar behavior. I have no idea what is going on becuase it works fine for me. It sounds like you are already logged in because otherwise you shouldn't be at the select-a-platform page in the first place, as far as I'm aware.

Maybe try logging out and then logging back in - might be your session got corrupted or something.

Also make sure you have cookies and javascript enabled and plugins like noscript disabled, just in case those are interfering (I doubt it though).

If none of that helps, post your OS version and browser version, which might help the devs (people with red names) sort you out.

Just sign up for a new account and sign into the game with your old account.

Step 1: Log into existing account.
Step 2: Click "Download Client" located in the left side menu.
Step 3: Select the appropriate client for your Operating System (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)
Step 4: Read the "User Agreement and Software License" and click the "Accept" button.

Log out and log back in before going to the download page. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser.

I had the same problem on one iMac but not another. Eventually I went to macupdate.com, got the download from there. Ran that, it ran an update, and I could play.

A friend however, same situation and his vendetta client wouldn't update.

I was able to download the game from our web site and run it just fine using Safari.

Ray, you might want to actually look into this, since others are having issues even with the linux client.
