my account has no free play christmas bonus?

The account "dezgard" has never been subscribed, according to our records. The free play holiday promo is only available to people who have previously subscribed.

If you had a different account, which was subscribed at one point, that should have the free play available.

To anyone else with concerns, please use the customer support ticket system ("Support", on the left, bottom of the list) to submit issues directly, rather than using the forums.

dezgard, ask a friend in-game for a friend key. That will give you 14 days of extra trial time.
