Everyone has run out of interest, he's trying to bring people back into the conversation.

Well, yes when the Get was in the station sector and stopped it from resetting it was a problem. However, PA's relay bot does not stop the sector from resetting. It stays in the station so its already limited on exactly what it can do. When the station has been taken the relay simply has been moved out of the sector. Also, the bot is not set to warn us when someone enters the sector...it is set to warn us when it receives an attack message as it only keeps the one key to our station. Then we can manually check who is in sector and who has recently been in sector. Also, there are a few PA members that stay logged in at our station and manually check as well as it is the only way to determine turret damage. So while yes, the fact that someone pays for another account so their guild can do more and be more fun and stay on top of things...yeah, I guess that would be a problem for griefers who want to get everyone to ragequit VO.
Jmvcilus are you trying to imply that other players taking a conquerable station is greifing? if so I hope you ragequit the game first seeing as you view a basic game mechanic as greifing. As far as guilds saying what their bot does and what the bot actually does I don't really care. You stated that it only relays to IRC that the station has been attacked. How is that any different then saying "player name" entered the sector? you still know the station is under attack with out actually logging into the game.
Your argument is very one sided and douche baggy when you imply that PA is the moral compass of vo and anyone else who owns a station is a greifer or that all pirates who try to take stations are greifers. For your own benefit I suggest that you stay out of greyspace or go play this game - http://www.hellokittyonline.com/

Kinda ran with an assumption and turned your flame on there, didn't you? Maybe you could wait for him to respond to your first paragraph and then pick his argument apart if his answer is not to your liking.
bot-killer: No, I was not implying that anyone who trys to take the station is a griefer, however there are griefers that try to take the station and as you said you hoped I would ragequit the game I think it is safe to assume that you are one.
Using the attack message is different that saying "player name" has entered the sector because for one, it only goes off once an hour and two, the relay doesn't even have to be in the station sector to get that info. I think you need to calm down a bit before you post bot-killer.
Also, do you seriously have something against hellokittyonline? Just asking cause hellokittyonline could really be an awesome game. Maybe you should try it before you knock it.
Whistler: Thanks! :-P

Please post a list of those you consider to be griefers. Greifing is against the ToS/EULA. We must have these people banned from the game immediately.
I'm sure everyone will agree on a definition of "griefer", and then the people who have been identified as griefers will apologize and vow to change their ways.
Instead of posting a list, contact the devs if, once you have carefully read the EULA, you feel that somebody is is violation of that agreement.
Anyway, Incarnate has already posted here. What's left to say?

well bot-killer does bring up a good point. CHRN was told to leave phleg out of the conquerable station sectors along with another guild. To see another guild go against the devs warnings is kind of a shame.
Does it even matter if station sectors are able to be reset anymore?
And when things are left up to people who don't know what people want is it best for the people or just the people who think they know what the people want to want if the people want what they want?
