There are some stats that I can't find any real explanation of (and aren't intuitively obvious):

- What exactly is grid usage mean on the various weapons, power cells, etc. mean?

- Spin torque: What is this? How does it relate to manuverability, etc.

The power grid usage refers to how much power is pulled from the power cell. More grid usage requires a larger power cell.

20 grid is all you can get these days, on any cell.

Spin torque is basically the maneuverability of your ship. Ratio it with mass, though.

Spin torque is exactly what it says: how much turning force your engine can produce. However, your mass and mass distribution will have an effect on the actual turn acceleration. (Compare the revenant with all it's ports way out on the end of the ship with the centaur, whose ports are more balanced.)

To make sure I get it: grid usage is the... 'impedance' of a device? Your equipment grid drain sum can't go over your cell's grid power?

Yep, you got it. It's a way of allowing high quality weapons into the game while limiting how many can be equipped at once.
