Vote Early and Often. THAT'S the CHICAGO Way!
oy. ladron. the hostility. rooms with 30-60 computers (which could therefore submit 30-60 votes per day) in them couldn't possibly hurt the count. that's what I was saying. jesus. think next time.
if you wish to actually go ahead and use your apparently awesome skills of IP address making/finding/whatevering, please do. All I know is our count is currently pretty paltry given our user-base, especially as 20 of those votes are mine.
Cut the smart-ass act guys. Trying to support the team here.

Not 30-60?
How about we don't cheat and say we did?
It isn't cheating, opus. The contest rules explicitly state "3 votes per IP address per day".
Atice, and anyone else who cares about winning this contest: Peytros already laid out the very best possible way to accumulate votes. Either download Tor or use some other proxy service, and just keep voting over and over again. If you're feeling really fancy, script it and let your computer churn out votes all night.

just like others do, 17xxx votes for some obscure mmo already
:O
:O
did someone just say don't cheat on an online poll? Oh sorry I thought it was a joke. If you read inc's op it clearly says 3 votes from a single ip address a day other then that they do not care where the votes came from.
I bet he was just tipping us off and looking the other way, notice that Inc hasn't replied to any of our posts about tor or using computer clusters. >_> Sneaky dev. Oh well, we need the prize way more than effing WoW! Vote vote vote! Focus all fire on best P2P game!
Edit: hmmmm, can't seem to vote at all on Firefox... getting that "Vote Failed" thingy.

FF is working for me.
i voted a few times already.
vote page is broken?
Something is up with mmosite's embedded javascript. We didn't change anything on the page. It does still work in IE8, but not in FF 3.6.
Works with Safari, too, but still no dice with FF.
I've used Safari (4.0.4 (6531.21.10)) and Firefox (3.6). Both reload into Nirvana.
Huh. Looks like VO was cut from the "Best Community" category. Thats a shame.
Firefox is working fine here, don't know why you guys are having problems. Also, VO is still in "Best Community" category, No. 35, it's just that the VO graphic somehow got changed to the "Grand Chase" one.
Perhaps this may be due to the fact I just upgraded to FF 3.6?
I emailed them about this a couple of days ago, and haven't heard back. I just sent them another email about both of the issues (javascript thing and the wrong graphic), we'll see what happens.
In the meantime, people can still vote on the main Reader's Choice Award page, albeit having to hunt around and find the vote link for each category.
Or, you can also vote with IE8 or (probably) FF 3.5.7?
