After sulking about on the site a bit after the HHfLLV thing ran out earlier, i noticed pay by cash has a pay by phone ability. Just wanted to ask - would that work on an english mobile network, or is it an american only?

I have no idea, PayByCash is a separate company so the only sure thing would be to ask them. However, I suspect it's probably supported in Europe. Last I heard, the US mobile networks were still years behind on implementing phone-billing for anything other than phone calls.

That's up to you. If something goes awry, it might take a few business days to get a refund from PBC, since you'll have to talk to them directly.

I've used PBC quite a lot over the years, and once you have made a few payments with them, they are not bad. Phone billing works OK, and I'm in the UK too Libelnon, first few times it can take a few days to go through though.

Western Union via PBC can be an ass though, as you have to wait for two differing banks to go ahead before you can even get the money to PBC, never mind VO.
