Zenriderx: if you do a search for "capship" and then read Incarnate's posts, you will see where the development team is with that. The short answer is: the answer to both of those questions cannot be given accurately. The cap ships weren't originally intended to be piloted in the same manner as a regular ship, so the interface is tricky, the flying itself is difficult, and the turrets don't behave properly. There is much to do in these areas, but the devs know people are eager to pilot those cappies.
