What you do is go to the station in sector 5. Then put the circle of sector 9 in the right radar on your screen. Then keepm going, you'll find it. It will say sector 16 on your screen. Then enter as you always do to other sectors. But, theres nothing good about that sector. The frigate there can't shoot, and you can't dock on it. You need to see the frigate though. It looks cool.
