Anniversary Edition vulture should now be available to long-term subs.
You can find the baseline vulture in all Capitol stations, and the Corvus version in Corvus space. For those who have changed their subscriptions to 3-month to take advantage of this, but have not yet had billing go through yet (current month isn't up, etc), no worries, we will be continuing to update the database once a week for several weeks.
To reiterate previous posts: Access is given to subs with 3-months of unbroken subscription or longer. People who sub for a month, then don't for a few weeks, then sub again, will need to pick up a 3-month sub to get this.
[EDIT]: There's apparently an issue with the collision hulls of the new vultures, which we should have fixed shortly.

Update 1.8.101.1 fixes the problem.
Thankyou!
so...I've buyed a 3-month subscription a few weeks ago and I'm using it since that...will that give me access to the ship?
(I've buyed a 6-month sub which will be used @21.01.2010, too. but as far as I see that doesn't count?!)

You want to say "bought" and not "buyed", and yes to your question.
Per Incarnate's News post:
"It'll be based on some amount of un-interrupted subscription, like having been subbed for the last 3 months. It will also include people who have pre-purchased time that hasn't yet been used, such as a 3-month subscription."

Good stuff. :)
Anyone who has had billing go through on a 3-month (or longer) subscription, will be included. Anyone who has been subscribed month-to-month (without interruption) will also be included. Both those groups should have the Vulture access already.
People who are currently month-to-month, but have recently changed to 3-month, will have to wait until their current month finishes and the 3-month is billed (the credit card system doesn't bill until the current time expires). Once billed, it will then be picked up by our database scan.
We'll be continuing to scan for some weeks, so it shouldn't be a concern.

I wasn't able to purchase one at lunch (12:30 GMT) but I'll try again this evening, if not I'll just have to wait. 8)

Restayvien: month-to-month people must have been subbed for 3 months or longer. "3 months" is the general cutoff, since it's conveniently available for anyone to purchase immediately (via PBC or whatever).
I got the vult!
I bought a white one a yellow one a black one and……hot pink
