You bought a franchise or just ripped them off?

It is not Ogame it is XNova (as far as I know XNova is free).

I have taken the XNova ES version, worked on it a lot for bugs fixing, improvements and new features. There is no point for malicious posts really :)

It's been a long time since I played Ogame, then it looked exactly like your game. Probably game engine went free in the meantime.

Actually XNova was built from scratch but yes, it has lots of similarities with OGame.
