The special ship type is a very good idea. I think that a special "Anniversary Mk V" ship type should be made for sale in November only. This would induce many vets who have been following the game to re-subscribe and buy the limited ship type. I would guess that a Cor Vult variation would be very desirable.

Also, in regards to in-game event suggestions, a Capture The Flag event could always be fun.

You mean where there are two teams, and each one has a base with a special item, and the opposing team tries to steal their item and bring it back its own base? I know, let's set Pyronis and Divinia as the bases, and use a special type of cargo called "purified xithricite" as the flag! We can even put it in little cargo carrier bots with Valent assault escorts, so it's a little more exciting to go get it than simply running to a static location.

But, really, Phaserlight needs to write some kind of cool mission tree. One with the number "5" involved. And possibly with laser-wielding velociraptors. Whaddya say, Phaser?

Hmm.. I've been planning to do a mission tree (a huge one) for ages. I have pages of notes.. I just need EVERY item/ship/beam laser/whatever available for use and modification in the mission editor, its kind of difficult otherwise, you'd end up not having as much fun.
