i was refering to a facebook account. I tend to have a very few exteamly close freinds. and i like it that way. I don't need facebook to telk to tehm, ill just call them or show up at their place. faec book seems like it'd just add oore confusion to the mix

Meph: the poster is just a poster.. I was trying for a "fleet warping in" look, and the TPG ships all look pretty similar and fleet-like, since the same guy made them all. They're also pretty recent assets. So, yes, the little ships are Raptors. And I don't really care how common the ships are in the game, I was just trying to make something look neat.

lnh: I use facebook.. I use it to look up old high school buddies I haven't seen or talked to in 10-15 years.

And because of using it, we now have a 15yr class reunion planned for this year, and we know at -least- 30 people will attend.

For a graduating class of 130 people, thats not bad.

Well, bigass freighter with lots of guns that is used as a megadeathcruiser by every faction that owns one, simply because they have comparable firepower to a HAC while being (presumably) considerably cheaper and also a bit faster.

Heh. All the ships in our game are multi-role, the Constellation is no different.

In the Napoleonic wars (age of sail) it was common for merchant ships to be refitted as man-o-war, often even as 30-some gun frigates. A ship is a ship, and one can assume that TPG would put design thought into a variety of use-cases, especially if they knew that Nations had the design on order for use as a warship.

Haha, procrastinate all you want. I tried MySpace once, since I have a couple friends who pretty much only communicate that way, and I couldn't stay. Way too obnoxious. I liked that I could make my own background, but I like on Facebook that no one can make their own backgrounds, thus saving myself a lot of irritation as well as my eyes. MySpace is worthless except for music videos that you can't find on YouTube.

I've added Vendetta on Facebook as well. I second the "don't bother with MySpace" comment, though. As far as I know, they still have their niche (a younger music crowd), but in the bigger picture, they're on their way out, and Vendetta draws an older crowd.
