First off, as stated before Shadoen, I AM NEVER ARMED IN B8. I had my rep gun in my standard EMS setup: Hound with rep mrk2, and storm radar extender. I did NOT "kill" him. He rammed my ship, was at 7% and then self destructed. The only shots fired by me were rep gun blasts, trying to repair his ship before he rammed me. And I ALWAYS feel bad about those I couldn't help...

Lecter, just 'cause I was drinking, doesn't mean that Maalik's suicide should count against my stats. When he sidled up close in his ship at 7%, I thought he had changed his mind on my offer to repair him. My brain wasn't in gear to think "Hmmm, Maalik refused my repair offer. Now he's speeding over at me. Huh, he rammed me and my HUD flashed red. Maybe he's trying to pawn off his suicide to me as a PK..." This thinking didn't happen, mostly because no one's every done such a thing to me, and I hadn't seen it done to any others.

In this I am guiltless, and will comment no further on it.

If maalik rammed elvis then he shouldnt have even got a kill maalik should just have had a +1 for his death
