I was wonder if vendetta was another one of them go out, and kill a billion mobs kind of game. Couldn't really tell from the 8 day trail, and what is your mose favourite part of Vendetta because i am thinking of subcribing and it would be my first time subing so i want to make it a good game to start off with.

Player versus Player. If you didn't do any PVP during your 8 hour trial then you have missed out on the best part of the game.

Get your (combat/light/heavy/trade) licenses up to 4 and engage other players. Don't be discouraged if you don't win much at first, just keep trying, ask for tips, find someone to train with.

The general, but apparently not universal, lack of morons.

notwithstanding the general, but apparently universal, oversupply of nonconstructive, condescending and often inappropriate comments from individuals of supposed 'higher' education

silentkill, at 10$ US a month, can you possibly go wrong? I recommend putting down for the month, trying everything, and see how you like it. Only experience will tell if you would wish to continue your sub. Believe it or not, we're quite a helpful group, and have much to share.

You're basically required to grind up to level 4 to do anything interesting... if you know what you're doing this takes between 1-3 hours if you don't it's probably worth while (and probably takes you longer). Once you get to level 4 in combat and light weapons you can buy equipment that'll let you practice PvP (and be competitive after enough practice). You may go back and grind to higher levels (9th is generally the highest that matters though I thinking mining 10 lets you get something) but you could have a lot of fun without ever grinding more.

And in case it wasn't clear PvP fighting is what I enjoy the most.

VO is all about player skill... the levels are not really important
