Hey guys, I haven't played for over a year now. I was just wondering what all has changed in the last year. I know, I know there are newsfeeds and update reports, but reading burns my little eyes. Anybody care to hit the high points?

I guess he could log in and group up with somebody willing to read him the changelogs over the voice comm.

*There're multiplayer ships now, not like capships, I mean like behemoths where one can pilot the ship and there's a gunner controlling a turret.

*There are special safe zones for newbies.

*Changes in the border skirmish mission.

*Serco and Itani can fight for control of sectors in Deneb.

*Ship/addons prices have increased.

*Changes to how trade works (Im not sure about this one)

*Some sectors have some weird fog effect in them now.

Then there's a shitload of background software computing configuring thingies that only the devs and a few other players understand or give a crap about...

Oh! Also,
Suddenly...TURRETS! Thousands of them!

If you can remember the last version you played on, just look at the ChangeLogs since then. It won't take you more than 5 minutes. It's what I did.
