looping alias
How do you make a looping alias? i have tried to figure it out mut my brain is off for the summer. No i do not want to use it for spaming, i want to like 3 guns togeather to make an ultra fast fireing rate. any help would be nice, thank ya much.
heh, you're not the first and the simple answer is that you can't make an alias which will fire the guns one at a time in a sequence. The reason is, there's no way for you to waste time in between shots so all the guns would fire at the same time.
Now if you still want to make a loop, just have a pair of aliases that call each other. I think that in the previous version this would cause a crash, but nowadays this simply doesn't do anything (I think).

(Removed - I was wrong)
hmm back in 3.1 i could switch between guns and have an almost infinate stream of energry wepons by hiting 1, 2, really quickly as i fired does 3.2 not have the same effect?
You can still do the 1,2 thing, what I meant was that if you had more than one /+shoot command in one alias, then calling that alias would cause all the commands in it to be called at the same time, for example, if you had
/alias shoot "+shoot2, +shoot1, +shoot3, +shoot4"
and typed /shoot, then you would have all four guns fire at the same time, your 1, 2 thing should still work.
me goes to look for a prettier implementation of the switching thing.

I sometime keep dual gauss or flares on a vult, set one for primary and the other for secondary so you can alternate your clicks. Doesn't give you much vareity though.
