If you can submit a bug report via the Bug Reporter, that would allow us to find out exactly what the video card is reporting and we could try to fix it for other players in the future. That would be very nice.
What Ray means is, if you could go into the "Vendetta Online" directory and run "bugreport.exe", that would allow you to easily submit the information we need.

I had it when I started out, turn your Options --> Video --> Shader Capability OFF.
This worked for me, and I can almost guarantee it will work for you.

Certainly :), sorry you ran into issues. Speaking of which, please try the current version on your laptop, we made some changes in this latest release.
Will do right now, have a copy of all the suggestions to try and reports to grab first in case it still doesn't look pretty.
Actually, could I send the logs to an email address? I just don't think they'd show up correctly here and it'd take an hour to scroll through them all.

If you could put them online somewhere, and create a Customer Support ticket that references and links to them, that would be best. Or email ray at guildsoft ware dotcom.

It looks like your laptop isn't properly displaying any textures. Do you have the latest drivers?
It would be helpful if you could post the contents of the "directx9.log" from your laptop, which would be in the game directory (usually c:\Program Files\Vendetta Online). Make sure the log is from when your textures were not loading properly (ie, send us the log before trying the solutions below).
Given the problems people have experienced with Intel chipsets and drivers, perhaps try going into Options -> Video and changing "Shaders" from Automatic to 2.0. Or perhaps disable shaders entirely.

Try switching to OpenGL mode in Options->Video->Change Driver...

Yes, we definitely need the logs. Ideally, we'd like the default logs, before you tried changing things, which you've apparently been doing. So perhaps you could delete the config.ini and wgaf.cfg out of your VO directory, re-run the game (it'll reconfigure for defaults), exit the game and run the bug-reporter to send us any logs. Thanks!
