If you paid using paypal it will take a few days for the money to get there :( Submit a customer support inquiry at https://www.vendetta-online.com/x/support

If you haven't logged out since you subscribed, it won't be aware of your subscription until your next login.

We're also working to make this situation a little less confusing (making the server aware of new subscription updates more quickly).
