There are a lot of hot spots in the universe that will eventually have hidden sectors. They simply haven't been added yet. I intend to check those hot spots out when the next update rolls around. Nothing like finding hidden sectors seconds after a new release.

Erm... When was this changed? I haven't been to 14 since 3.2.8... Has anyone asked incarnate/raybondo (I forget which one does the sectors) if there's any new secret sectors?
Maybe this is a test to see if we find the secret sector with zero hints - ei they don't even tell us to look for one. I gather that they were a little disappointed at how easily the other secret sectors were found.
I personally think every sector will eventually have a hidden wormhole off it...even if it's just a shortcut (not actually to a hidden sector).

Shortcuts would be VERY nice. That is something that would definitely make the game more exciting. Right now the only one I can think of is 5-15 through 16, but that doesn't really amount to much more than an alternate route.
But why is the arrow pointing to the top right corner. It seems to me like the roids are pointing to the bottom left. And I did notice that before, I actually followed it, but found nothing. I followed the roids in 7 too, but there was nothing there either.

well from what I see, the 2 roids close together in the lower right are the bottom of the arrow and the opposite roid is the point...
but hey thats just me

That interesting oval of roids has always been there, and if anything secret is there it's new with the last few versions.
He's right...they always have.
