1)someone with over 1k score

2)someone in a bus

3)someone out of home sector

ive said this because i killed a gold n00b with 10k score valk and in s7 and everyone in gold [because started to killimg me :(

He wasn't a n00b because:

1)he had a valk, not a bus. and had to go to s18! to get the valk!

2)10k score, not a n00b :(

3)he/she was in s7 :(
