storing aliases server-side
Is there any way to do this? I normally play vendetta from many different computers so I always start up with the generic controls.
/me has many ideas for aliases but can't use them :/

Nope, sorry.
What you could do though is save your wgaf.cfg file and then copy that to the vendetta directory on the other computers.

If you have a mac, sign up for .mac and have iSync sync that file with your idisk, and update the one on or idisk.
But i have a feeling you don't have a mac, and if you do you don't want .mac.

Go into some text editor and type your aliases into a file like aliases.cfg (perhaps with suitable bindings included if that's more convenient). Then all you have to do is copy that file around (or maybe to a floppy), and /load it when you start playing on a new computer.
I'd love to iSync it, but the standard open/save dialogue can't see inside packages, from what I can see.
text editor solution sounds good, I can just store it in my Yahoo briefcase. Thanks guys!
