Do queens drop AGTs or they do not anymore? I did my best and killed some 150 queens. Unfortunately, haven't got one. I am a bit envious of veteran players. :(

Queen agt, like a regular agt, is a n00b weapon.
Veteran players, at least ones who managed to learn how to aim, do not use n00b turrets and will sell them to you if you ask them kindly.

i use agt and my taur, and do pretty well for myself.

Ecka is a newb, and so are you. But it's not cause you guys use agt. And you're right, people are too mean. :(

Ecka and I go a long way back and we can call each other noobs whenever we like.
I was once a heavy agresso and agt user because my aim sucked badly and I felt insecure in a light fighter.
Oh, and I did very good in agresso with agt and rockets. Huge armor and agt gave me false sense of security and it took quite some time and effort from my friends to encourage me to leave heavies and agt behind and move on.
The fact is: you will never stop being a noob no matter how well you do with your big tank and agt and rockets unless you put your fears and insecurities behind and try it the harder way. After all, this is just a game and you are still at mediocre level :)

@Infinitis: I am rarely online but will check my chars inventories (maybe i have them stashed somewhere) and I'll give them to you.

I'm sitting in D-14 with about l6 have gats under my ass, (no they don't smell i swear) anyways just to tell the people who really want one, they really aren't that great they have the EXACT same stats they just do 15 extra damage per shot and have about half the spread the AGT does.

Lord~spidey: You know, I just want to try it and have some under my ass too. :) Like I have Biocom UT mine launcher. I do not use it. Tried it once, 1M for reload. :) But it is still nice to have it. I am such a collector and I like to try every nice gadget in game. So I kept killing those queenie things and got disappointed a bit in the end. On the other hand, I like theirs posis more since they fit my shiny valk. :)

Bojan: people use AGT - so what? Is it unbeatable? No. Give us poor traders and miners a break... some of us don't spend every hour the maker provides pvping, so we need a weapon that doesn't require much skill when we're pvping in our spare time. After all, most of those pesky roids don't move about too much, so aiming a mining beam doesn't prepare you fighting a stroppy smurf with AAPs.

I could point out that only a n00b gets hit by a n00b turret... but I would never be so confrontational.

You are completely right Johnny. Agt is a weapon of choice for traders to complement their rockets arsenal. or swarms or whatever.
If you are a peaceful trader you will be better off with concussion mines. They work great. :)
