I've looked all over. I did searches.. I couldn't find it.
Several people have said that crafting will be implemented.. But where is the link?

Is there an ETA?

There is already a small "crafting" infrastructure inplace, (selling certain goods to some stations can reduce the price of certain weapons, also there are a couple of missions which require trade items to make a gun and a ship) but there is no such thing as an ETA in VO.
