It just doesn't work like the email says...

Snax: it's only for accounts that have been unsubscribed for more than 45 days. Your "Snax_28" account expired on November 21st. If there's some other account you're referring to, let us know and we can take a look.

As far as I know though, it seems to be working for everyone else. At least, judging by the sudden Veteran population in the game.

Awesome! I got it, and it reminds me to update my email so it goes to my current rather than older and now junk account. I'm extra-excited about having a week to play, I'll have to go a couple times to where I know there's a connection that allows me to (i.e., not at home). Hopefully next semester, if I have a reliable connection and enough free time, I can resubscribe.

Maybe you could think about giving everyone a moth free next year especially the subscribers thats have been faithful for years
