-Changed default video and graphics settings for systems with 128 megs or more of video memory.

The new settings still use the Very High texture settings for 256MB people, but enable compression by default, so default performance should be much better on some of the MacBook Pro machines that were having trouble (we tested it on a recent MBP in Itan J11, to be sure).
