I know the merits of being about to turn while turboing have been discussed to some length.
It seems that lua is pretty powerful, would there be a way to implement a limited amount of turning while turboing with lua?

The only way to turn while turboing is to tap turbo. There are turbo-tapping binds out there that will do it for you, and then you can turn in the brief period between turbo firing. Even with lua, there is no way to turn while continuously turboing.
