Sorry there, the boards / PCC were down for about 20 minutes or so. Basically, we had an out of date resolv.conf in a web changeroot, and I shut down a deprecated bind service that happened to be its only working nameserver. So the FastCGIs were stalled doing some sort of dns lookup.

Not a capacity issue at all. Our web stuff doesn't even really notice getting slashdotted. Just.. life with server stuff. Yay.
