Changelog:

- Reworked early-level Centurion, EC and Revenant license requirements.
- One-time faction standing recovery missions available in Corvus.
- The Vista version will now use the last selected sound driver instead of always selecting the Vista Sound Driver.

Faction recovery mission is UIT-only for now. I don't yet have the functionality in the editor to do the Serco and Itani ones. UIT recover to "Dislike" is 30 million credits.

any plans for minor UIT factions to have a pay to restore mission for them. They kinda need one on account of there not being any solid way to get your standing back with them as they have no territory to bot in.

You can restore standing with the minor factions by taking Escort missions that go to one of their stations. Since you don't need to dock, you can complete the missions while KoS and gain a little faction from it. It's slow, but it's doable.

I don't see the problem with corporations being extremely unforgiving. If you want their gear, get a buddy or don't piss them off.

It's a corporation. You pay, you play.

personally i dont have standing problems with corporations but I know people who were station killed with them and fought back and lost all standing with them and inturn left game after spending weeks to try to bring it back up.

Its difficult trying to find escort missions to tunguska especially when there are only two tunguska stations.

Just something that needs to be looked into.

Faction Standing recovery missions have been added for Itani and Serco (as of now), in Corvus with the UIT one. Two things:

* Serco people cannot recovery Itani faction through the mission, and visa versa.

* You only get ONE nation to recover standing with. If you use any one of the three reparations missions, that's it, any other missions go away.

And to be able to dock at Corvus stations, without getting booted from the server. :P

I'm interested: How many times has the new faction mission been used so far? Do the devs keep a count?
