I've created a neutral territories community - at http://www.neutral-territories.de/

Available (not complete yet - this is supposed to be a community effort):

- FAQs (How to find hidden wormholes, general questions)
- Encylopediae (An opponents database, a jargon database)
- Weblinks
- Forums, including a hidden, neutral-only forum, where you have to have special access. It's for coordinating actions, setting up appointments for caps, etc.
- Weblogs ("Journals") - every registered user can have his own blog
- Stories / News

Since this is supposed to be community, contact me if you want to edit/contribute to the FAQs, encyclopaedia, links, write stories/news, reviews, links, etc. - I'll give you the required permissions to do so.
