Every time I go to your page I get connection refused. It's annoying.

Argh, yeah, I was having problems today. This ISP is getting on my nerves. It always drops the connection and gives me a new IP, then I have to update my DNS record, but it takes a while for all the caches around the world to update. Usually it's better than it's been this week. My IP has changed 3 times today. /me kicks his DSL modem.

I just tested it from my university shell account and my current DNS record has made its way there at least, so hopefully it should work for you now.

If all else fails, log onto vendetta and if I'm there, ask me for my IP. :(

Try no-ip.com. They do instant auto-updaiting DNS records somehow. Works like a charm, and its free too!

Hmm... I'll check it out, but I think that it's really not the problem of me updating my IP record (which I can do automatically myself a few seconds after my IP changes), but the fact that DNS caches everywhere are grabbing the record and not checking for a new one soon enough. Usually takes an hour or so before things work again. If there's a way to not have dns records get cached, that would be really nice. (I'm not sure there is though.)

dyndns.org is fantastic for that situation

I'm going to make a huge one, it'll basically be an in-game help thingy.

I've also registered vx.yi.org - this appears to update faster, but I'll just have to try it for a while and see.
