Party Errand missions problem
Hi - I'm on the 3rd or 4th stage of the Party Errand series of missions and I'm kind of stuck. The mission is called 'Axia must die' and I'm supposed to kill 5 Axia vessels to complete it. I've been destroying Axia RT29 Transports right and left and it's not doing anything towards completing the mission. Are there different Axia vessels that I should be going after?
Thanks, Matt

hi Matt
its likely to be a bug sadly, i've never taken that mission myself but i've seen the symptoms before...
The normal suggestion is go back to station and try again.
if that fails abort and retake the mission
i know it sucks but no game is perfect.
Good luck :)

Hello Matt!
When it says axia ships, the transports aren't included, because all of them (except the CtC axia vessels) are in the hive.
If you jump to wormhole sectors, you will find that Axia vultures will warp in, or are already there. They should start attacking you and force you to defend yourself.
I hope this helps!

I was wrong.
Sorry about that (Note to self- must play more!).
Hope you didn't quit the mission or anything, if you did i'll send you 300k in game as a compensatory 'sorry'.

No worries, spine. I hadn't acted on your advice yet.
Thanks for the quick replies! I'll try Sraer's suggestion tonight.

So I've been haunting wormhole sectors in UIT and gray space for hours and I haven't seen any hostiles, let alone Axia ships. Should I be looking somewhere else?
Also, the missions notes say to avoid monitored sectors and many WH sectors are monitored. Any suggestions?
thanks, -Matt

Haunt an Axia station until you see a convoy departing, then follow them. If they head out to grey space, or hit a storm, there's your chance.
Or, if you're pretty good at taking out a good number of bots, you can just go willy-nilly over the Station Guards and Strike Forces. It's mostly a question of how much faction you want to lose.

The fastest way to complete is to kill one Axia station guard then hop to an empty sector.
Well, the whole mission tree does work, but hanging around in space waiting for an axia voy can be a pain.
There are times in VO when a little lateral thinking is needed. Haz is looking for an axia voy to have a shot at . There are axia stations in verasi. Since you don't want to damage your axia standing you want to attack them in unmonitored grey space, the nearest bit of which is Edras.
So why not use the TGFT (444) or Role Play (300) channels to good effect? Go to Edras and then say " Hmm, I wonder when there will be an Axia voy heading down the Bractus Corridor ? "
And lo, one just might turn up .............
Can I give newer players a wee bit of advice ? VO is not some sort of linear game where you start off with an orun and progress to a levi. VO is more like a framework on which you hang the game you want to play . Don't be in too much of a rush , enjoy exploring space, its mechanisms and the people in it as you go along .

When I took the mission, I jumped to certain wormholes that had Axia ships that were part of the mission. Doing the convoy thing is a good idea too, though.
There's some confusion here.. Some ships are *named* Axia Whatever, but the mission is looking for ships from the Axia faction, which is located at various stations in UIT space.
Axia, the story goes, built a bunch of ships that the hive took over for mining and transport. Those ships show up as unaligned.

I have a different problem, I am 2 missions beyond axia killing point. First question is how can I restore axia standing? those patrols always attacked me in monitored space.
Also..where in the known universe do I find LCD's and the advanced logistics system?
..a hint as to which color space to look will be a huge help, grey and yellow aren't the answer as far as I could tell. And finally, the processor cores I collect from dead guardian drones, correct?

Both lcds and adv logistics are available in UIT space.
TehRunner - to get your Axia standing back, take voys to Axia stations until they give you docking rights(at -599, I believe), Then do trade guild missions, selecting procement(I can't spell this) and doing bulk missions. Its a bit of a grind, but the idea is to teach you not to lose your standing.
What does "take voys" to Axia stations mean?
In general, how does one earn back docking rights for corporate factions? As far as I can tell, faction for killing bots always goes to UIT in yellow space.

it means to take a convoy mission to an axia station. and usually you can dock at most corporate station to begin. you need tp take missons sponsored by the different stations.
