Joysticks
What joysticks are you guys using or are you using the good old mouse and keyboard, wanted to do a survey to find out what people thought of different joysticks for vendetta use.
Keyboard/mouse. All of us at guild use that config.
But we do have a plethora of joysticks to test with.

I use kybd + mouse, but I have a Logitech Wingman Force 3D. I use it in other games, but I find Vendetta is more enjoyable with kybd + mouse.
I use keyboard and mouse and well I'm still a n00b :P...
:) :) :) :)
StarFreeze<---n00bie
StarFreeze<---absorbin n00b
StarFreeze<---1337 n00b
StarFreeze<---n00b master
Anyhow back to the subject, I've tried the MacAlly Airstick(made for mac) and that works quite well on vendetta(for pc) doesn't work at all on the mac. I also tried the Gravis Destroyer(made for mac) and that works even better on vendetta(for pc) doesn't work at all on the mac. Some driver issues come into play for the mac joysticks.

/me uses keyboard. Sometimes mouse.
I use a saitek x45 programmable joystick/throttle. It works really good, now all I need to do is program all its modes so I don't have to touch the keyboard at all. Unfortunately, I still will have to type to talk. I thought about using the hats to work as keystrokes (it has 3 8-way hats),but that's going a bit extreme. Now if only I could get it so I can slide up and left(and up-right,down-left,etc.) at the same time. Otherwise, I can do almost anything I could if I was using keyboard/mouse, all for a mere $75 or so.

I use the mouse, but I feel like my style of play would be better with a joystick. It's really hard for me to turn around with the mouse, but the aiming system on Vendetta definitely works better with the mouse, so I'm not sure.
I use a logitech Wingman Attack 2, for PC BUT it works on mac too :D
dont get the newest drivers though, they dont let you calibrate your stick :/

i use mouse and keyboard. the idea of using a Joystick sounds crazy to me.
I only use the keyboard, and hell, its worked up till now.
I use keyboard and mouse. I have the primary button for firing, a side button for activate, and right for secondary fire. I use mwheelup to select in front, and mwheeldown to select nearest enemy. I have j and k bound to decelerate and accelerate, h and l bound to rotate left and right, spacebar for turbo. Also y and o are strafe *right* and *left*, which makes barrel rolls easy. I have some other bindings, but nothing amazing about those. The good thing about this config is that it's very ergonomic, doesn't wreck your hand even if you've been playing for a long time (h,j,k,l, and space form an almost neutral position for your fingers.). Stole the idea from the vi text editor after a night of caps left my hand sore even the next morning. :)
*edit*
Thought I might note here that I'm left handed, a right handed person would probably use a,s,d,f or something.
