Changelog:

- Lowered voice chat quality slightly to lower bandwidth
usage. Audible quality loss should be minimal.
- Fixed 'Mission Available' count to 0 when there are no
missions available
- Fixed lua error when enabling voice chat after leaving a
group
- Added guild member count to list of guild members online
- Very slight interface tweaks and HUD optimizations

Had voice chat on during the NW , still seems very clear .
