The main VO game server may be sporadically down on Weds the 18th in the afternoon between 1:30PM and 5PM Central Standard Time. We're migrating some of the server cluster around (renumbering, among other things) to make for increased scalability in the future. Ie, to handle having more users doing more complex "stuff".

We'll do our best to keep the outage(s) as short as possible. Hopefully not more than a few minutes. But, this kind of maintenance sometimes has unforeseen excitement. FYI.

The webserver should remain unaffected during these outages.

Oh, goody; maybe Nation War will be rescheduled and I can actually make it!

I would think this would be earlier than any normal player Events? Maybe I'm wrong.

The midweek Nation War typically occurs at 20:00 GMT, which would be around 3PM Central time.

Oops, I forgot to account for the time change, since I'd already done that to figure out when it would be here. Nation War is 2pm Mountain Time, and I have class that gets out right at 2. Oh, well....

Okay, things are finally back up and running.

There was both a nook and a cranny in the server configuration that I had forgotten about, which broke stuff, but now we're good.

We're still tracking down a few floating issues, but the game is operational. Some bots may not be spawning and stuff (this should be fixed, but we're still monitoring things).

Server is back down 7:45pm, or at least not accepting connections

You guys are doing a great job at the game. Do you got any upcoming content additions? maybe some professions(more in depth, like weapons crafting/sensor crafting, etc). Would love to hear what might be in the mill
