Vendetta got out of its alpha and beta stages a long time ago (when, in fact, the universe was even smaller than it is now). However, the Devs, feeling that VO still needed stress-testing and back-end work to be readied for a large player-base, have, for the most part, held off on advertising (although they did sell a limited run of VO in a box set).

However, this year (as well as the preceding), has seen numerous extra features and engine enhancements (notably the addition of LUA Plug-ins, integrated voice-chat, and the change from the "Deliverator" NPC server to "Kourier"). With that in mind, the devs have stated that they intend to begin advertising in ernest soon. And thats SOON soon, not Soon™ soon, mind you.

Hah. While I agree with Lecter's opinion, as usual, I agree tact can be a good thing occasionally too.

On the topic, why is it that no one will type properly anymore? I've tried, it doesn't save any time at all in any decent length statement. I can totally understand use of a couple abbreviations in game, such as "gf," but elsewhere I think the increased clarity of communication outweighs the imagined time saved by using incomprehensible codes.
