ooook, i have decided i really like this game so i want to play it for a bit, i subscribed to it yesterday. now today my 8 hours is extremely close to ending, and it still considers me a trial accound and has warned me that i have x amount of time left and that it hopes im enjoying the game. was just wondering what was up. forgive me for posting here but it didnt really sound like a bug sooo yeah. thanks.

If you used paypal, it can take awhile (paypal is slow)

Which payment method did you use?

i used a normal checking card. hehe.

now i went through the subscription thing again up until the point of me having to confirm the payment, it wasnt showing that i set up an billing option. it hasnt appeared on my statemnt either.

Try emailing billing@guildsoftware.com -- you might probably get a faster response from the devs that way.

We show you as a subscriber in good standing, and that your subscription went through on 2008-06-15 18:45:46 (ie, 6:45PM, our time, on Sunday).

Were you maybe logged into the game when you did the subscription? If your account state changes, it doesn't actually show up in-game until you next log in. So, sometimes people subscribe while they're online, then get kicked off of their trial, and then log in again and they're subscribed.

We should probably tell people more about this, in the subscription process. At least put it in the billing FAQ or something.
