I would like to put my account on hold for a while, and I have e-mailed the developers and looked everywhere in Billing FAQ on how to cancel my account, but I have not found any way. Please do not link me to the Billing Options page for I have looked over the FAQ two times at this point and have not found how to cancel.
Does anyone know how to cancel?

Click 'Billing Options' on the left.

I'm using a credit card though. Not a PayByCash method.

do you click on PayByCash, Credit Card, or Their Website?
Click where? If you are subscribed you should see option to cancel in billing options.

You do realize cancelling just means they won't try to charge you when your subscription runs out but you'll still be able to play untill then?

Click on Billing Options
If you see the text "You do not have any payment method set up for this account," then you've already canceled.

okay, thanks! But I have noticed, that I never ever saw the option to cancel.
Your account fell victim to a bug in our billing system that occurred when we lost our main database server. I switched to a hot spare database but a bunch of people's renewals got erroneously cancelled (as they were due for renewal during the database downtime).
The billing options section is confusing and sucks. Sorry about that. I'm working on it now. But your account is "on hold" so to speak now.
