There are players who have no hesitation towards logging on as a member of the "defending" team, and shooting away all their mines with no possibility of retaliation or defense.

This is perhaps the EASIEST to fix of the various "multiple account" cheats. Just get rid of friendly-fire damage to mines.

Why do this now? I demined red in one rocket shot just this afternoon from my Roguelazer character (who is blue).

because some ppl can't be brave enough to fire 2 or 3 rockets in 1, 2, or 3 to demine mines around the flag.
