- Added Ignore.GetIgnoreList() lua function that returns a
table of lowercase character names that are ignored.

even though i see no mention of anything mac related since the update some textures flicker and input has slowed down a bit on my iMac

the first time right after the update everything flickered, second time the tail end of a teradon flickered
