Can I reactivate my old account?
When I retried the trial account yesterday. I entered my old user name and was informed. Name already in use
So I am thinking, cool my old pilot is still saved?
I was told to come here (vendetta.com) to reactivate it but I cant find where to do this
If my old account is not ressurectable, that is fine. I just wanted to ask before I upgrade trail account

You just go to Billing Options, enter a valid payment method. Allow it to process, then login.. voila! your account is now reactivated.
To recover the password on an old account, go to the login page and use the "Forgot Password" button. A URL will be sent to the email address listed in your account information. If this email address is too old and you no longer have access, you can contact support at guildsoftware dot com to see about recovering your account. Try to recover the account yourself, first, please.
Once you're logged into the account, you can do the billing options thing mentioned above and simply re-subscribe the acount.
