Am I able to get a refund?
I bought three more months of this awesome game about 3 weeks ago now, but due to circumstances in real life, I've played maybe 3 days so far :(
As much as it saddens me to, am I able to get a refund of the two months left because its quite a lot of money to me, for something thats being wasted.
I like the game, I do, and I hope it become more popular than Eve, I just don't have the time to play :(
My ingame username is k776, and I'm happy to sign on and verify this.

Caveat emptor.
Email "billing at guildsoftware dot com" with your query.
No, not Caveat emptor :P I've only used nearly one month of a three I payed for. It should be easy to either refund, or at least give credit to my account so if I return, its still there (thats why paying on a monthly basis is kind of annoying, I'd rather just pay $10, when its used up, pay more).
Er, you could have paid $10, then used it up, and then paid more. Our billing FAQ tells you exactly how:

Anyway, do send an email to billing.

incarnate, the only plans I see on the website involve paying $10 for one month. There are no "time spent playing" based plans, and I think it would be awesome if you made one.
Example, you pay $10, which would give you 10000 minutes of game play (roughly 5 and a half hours of playing a day). When you reach 0 minutes left, the game tells you you've run out of credit, buy more.
Why is this useful? That way people like myself, with little time, can login when needed, without wasting the other $9.50 they payed for. It could be used in one month, or over a period of 6 months. You wouldn't loose anything, and it would set you apart from a lot of other games out there.
P.S: Sent email to billing, but no response

You're either incredibly destitute, k776, or your priorities are horribly confused.
It's been suggested many times.
The issue remains that, for such a small company, that method of billing does not pay enough to keep the lights on. Vendetta is in heavy development right now. It's not like they just pay one guy to glance at his monitor at home once in awhile to make sure the server is still up. They're actively coding the game as we speak, and that requires paying for skilled programmers. Even with that, VO is still a deal.
I like where they're headed and I enjoy knowing that I am helping to subsidize the process. If you don't agree, then I can see how you would feel that your money is being wasted.

k776 if you do the $10 for one month you can select recurring payment.
I've still received no reply when emailing "billing at guildsoftware dot com" as RelayeR suggested. I'd hate to think this is how you handle all yours requests.
Can I get a refund please! I still haven't been able to login and play, and $70NZ is too much just sit there.

I just searched our inbox, and we received no email from you, although we have received (and dealt with) many other billing requests in the interim. I also specifically searched for email from your listed address and found nothing at all (in our spam folders, or anywhere else). Since we hadn't heard from you, I assumed you changed your mind or some such.
We receive daily email from other people on gmail.. I'm not sure why yours would fail to go through. (You didn't literally spell out the address, did you?). Anyway, this is a little weird, since you seem to want us to pro-rate a refund of two months from a three month subscription.. and via PayByCash at that. But, it's not impossible. It's not really appropriate to discuss this over a public forum (mostly for your sake), I'll send an email to your account's address of record. Hopefully you can reply to that successfully.

Now tell me that doesn't deserve another month subscription. They're practically bending over backwards for you.
You kidding Surb? Anyone who goes through these lengths to assist a moron at their own expense (quite literally here) doesn't deserve to be encouraged. Or maybe they do, with a Darwinesque sort of irony.
Heh. Thanks, Lecter. I'm going to go ahead and lock this now.
