I stopped playing over a year ago. I was wondering if when you reactivated your old account if your old character was still there?

It is, AFAIK the developers don't delete inactive accounts / characters.

I logged into my old account and restarted a subscription, but both of my old characters are gone. Any ideas?

Maybe you deleted them prior to canceling your sub? Dunno

I know I didn't delete them. And I don't remember where I left them. It sucks because I had more credits then I could ever use and all my levels were at least 12. Don't know if I want to have to start all over. Doesn't seem like too much has changed since I left, and I don't want to have to go kill a thousand collectors to be able to get good ships again.

AH HA seems I had multiple accounts register for some reason. So I reactivated the wrong account. That was a wasted $10 :(

I bet they'll fix it for you, they're cool that way.

No, they just blocked your sub, being wise and such.
