/me jumps up and down reading incarnate's msg....

That's what i've been trying to tell newbie's, who are complaining alot about not being able to reach it - It shouldn't even be easy for experienced players to get there, so this i look forward to this - make'em mean... Make'em *reeeeally* mean =D

If you do make them mean, can you then please please please put a marker like a normal warphole in there, you know that your hud remembers because you visited it once :D

please please please, I lately get lost.

Or even better a rear viewmirror with zoom.

But still I would really really like that the secret sectors would get a warphole sign :D

Definitely. Once you visit a sector it really should be marked for good. It's a pain to keep having to find them. Maybe we can have a command to mark a wormhole we just found and have it take some time so you need to dodge bots while it's analyzing or whatever.

Have people not yet found out that all wormholes are marked by a "invisible" roid - only visible on radar... These are ofcause covered by the gate icon, to the normal sectors - but since the secret wormholes dont have icons... =) In 18 it's the lone roid "infront" of the station (facing away from the roids).

It shouldn't be easy - and if you have a jumppoint to aim for, it wouldn't be skill, but pure running out of there (like the "first edition" of 18)... I could imagine that, the devs idea with this is to make the univers "bigger" by making areas close to unreachable. Which is good. It'll cause the - else rather useless - trading stations to be used, also causing the profits to drop as they really need to. The 18 - 14 route as is wreck all trading balance, and should be a place for the really skilled traders to *try* and reach... For those who already think it's too hard - real experienced players are supposed to have problems with it... Remember - some newbies/comers would also *really* like some of the more experienced players to be occupied with something else, rather than beating up on them (did that make sence =) This would help alittle on that...

hm, I don't think that making the 14-18 trek REALLY hard would help.
Once you are a vet, you generally have PLENTY of money so you don't need to even waste your time trying. If anyythig, with the game being in it's current form, tradingroutes should be easier for newbs to let them get into the game faster

I'm sorry to see, that many people doesn't see an role playing oppotunity - even if it hits them in their head... Vendetta isn't _just_ about killing that freaking red dot swirling around the radar. To many people see it that way - for actual roleplaying to occure...

Why don't we just get rid of those darn credits - hand'em all a big freaking handcannon and we all go: SPAAACEQUUUAKE...

/me hopes the devs won't beat him up big time for that comment =D

Isn't that exactly what vendetta use to be? 3 sectors, everyone pretty much stayed in the death match sector...
