Guild bank. Awesome. Some questions...

1. Can people deposit from anywhere?
2. Will high ranking people (IE Commander) be able to send funds to another guildmember, if that guildie cannot themselves make a withdrawal? IE, say Guildie A does not have the permission to withdraw money, but for some special one time event the Commander wants them to get 10k of guild money. Could the CO do something along the lines of...

/guild bank transferto "Guildie A" 10000

I disagree, a guild bank IS mindblowing. Looking forward to seeing that in action! Expect a lot of new temp guilds to pop up for people to experiment with it!
