We are NOT another MFA. MFA was about organizing the events. We are all about combat. we dont do events. and if we do, its more along the lines of "Come see how to dodge swarms" instead of "Come fight a bunch of random people and possibly win some money" besides this is friendly. you wont have someone begging you to join at 3AM. you MIGHT have someone posting messages every few minutes to try and recruit new members.and i guarantee that if that person is drunkit is A) not me and B)someone who will not be in the guild much longer

MFA I can understand, they're a guild centered around setting up events. I can appreciate that.

but "We want to fight"? Seems a mite silly...

PA's purpose? Make people wonder what is our purpose. It's a simple game: the more they wonder, the lower your flight under the radar. The weak ones eventually stop bothering.

Then the real fun starts.

I think people should just stop arguing about it and stop attacking Ute and his guildmates. If people want to form a guild, they'll form a guild. You don't have to join if you don't want to! There will always be someone who does want to join, and it isn't really fair to that person when others do this kind of crap.

Remember what guilds are supposed to be -- they're supposed to be larger, more persistent groups of people who have similar interests and skills, with tools in place to help these people communicate with each other more effectively.

So some people want to form a guild for fighting. Big deal. That's what half of the guilds that are currently ingame are for, at their most basic level.

And in response to any "there are too many guilds already" arguments: there are far too many guilds listed on the website, but only a handful of those are even remotely active ingame. I count seven guilds that are fairly active that have been around for at least a year. Two new ones (UC and FIP) have popped up in the last couple of weeks, and their members seem to be about as active as any other guild. Time will tell whether they grow and become prosperous, or whether they will flounder and die out.

Personally, I'd like to see them succeed.

Wow, got some UC supporters out there after all. Thanks for defending the guild. I really thought all those anal messages were just too pathetic to respond to. I mean, these guys really arent worth my time OR yours. If spidey wants to do something against UC he can find me in-game. until then, i won't dignify those posts with an answer.
