Yep. The stats you start out with on the Test Server are the stats you had when the "snapshot" of your account was taken.

I left one in pelatus .... somewhere .... it rotates gently in both main and test : ..........

The mission completion stuff is saved clientside, so the client doesn't know what server it happened on.
