ThermalMass
Is there any way I can find the thermalmass of a roid? Also does anyone have the formula on the cooling rate on roids?

This is a good place to start. See the shaded box authored by a1k0n.

ThermalMass is the heating rate constant of the asteroid (typical values range from 200 to 700)
That's what the wiki states, I have been over it quite a lot and the 2 things I have ask about is way short on the wiki. I am looking for a way to read that value from the roid in question.

You could calculate it.
I don't beleive that what you seek has been published or is available.
The information isn't readily available. It'd take some work to find out the thermal mass of the roids, because you know neither their volume nor their mass, and there is no easy way to find out.
I forget if VO treats all materials as having the same specific heat, though.

Last I saw, all asteroids had a mass of 1500kg.
it really wouldn't be that hard to calculate... knowing the formula for how they heat, you could deduce it by how fast they heat up.
The formula employs mass and volume (as well as others, but those others can be easily retrieved in-game). Both are unknown variables. With one formula, you cannot receive results for two unknown variables. If it is true that all roids have the same mass, then it works. Else it does not. That is all. Oh, if you find out if it is true that all materials are the same, I'd be glad to know.
Their mass is based on their outermost radius, so a particular density and specific heat are assumed. There probably isn't a convenient way to determine that in the client.
How about cool down rate, any way to figure out that time duration with out knowing the ThermalMass? That is what I am really after.
