He's getting out of hand.....today's s18 nuking and mining and all of his cheapness has got to stop somehow, am I alone in wanting to ban him or not..?

All in the game, man, all in the game. Leave 18 alone if he goes there, it's a big universe.

Nuking and station mining are not bannable offenses - or offenses at all for that matter.

Station mining and nuking,while annoying to some, involve aspects of the game that are working correctly.
