Hi everyone! I've had an account for the last couple days, and I subscribed yesterday. So far I've found this to be a great game! Botting is a little dull (denteks were/are fun but higher bots are just frustrating), but that's okay. So far my favorite is mining! Although I have been assured many times that mining is boring, I just like it :) I can do other work while mining, or talk to people, or just practice piloting by circling it as close as I can without touching. Every time I ask for help, I get many great responses quickly (even from pirates!). I have looked at the Role Playing forum and seen some cool stories...I hope to contribute sometime in the future (I have done freelance stories in the past). Last night some developers were even playing with the rest of us...I've never seen that in a game before!

If you ask around, people will tell you how to defeat those other bots. Each type behaves a little differently, and knowing these differences will help you to exploit their behaviors to defeat the bots more easily.

after mining 10 you will get very sick of seeing lazers melting asteroids (unless your a crazy prospector like ecka estenk)

the game gets very very fun when you get into pvp and have to aim dodge and strategize to win a fight :D

Welcome, Intoo39. You keep burning those asteroids until mining gets boring. That way, all the other good stuff will still be there, waiting for you ;-)

and if you are the least like me, you'll still love mining after level 14.

yea mining is dull, even still some nights ill put in 32 hours mining in a night.
