Fraps is windows-only, unfortunately.

Googling "movie screen capture for mac" gave me crapload of hits... You might find something good.

I'd most likely use snapz proz for mac...but I hear it needs a fast mechine to run while recording VO.

Also, a tip for those capturing videos: try turning off mouselook and using the mouse to smoothly direct the view. This will also roll smoothly. It's like having a steadycam.
